Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party appointed by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email or postal mail.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods, unless we have agreed otherwise.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain goods, including but not limited to:

  • custom-made or personalized products;
  • sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery;
  • digital content delivered immediately with the consumer’s prior consent, where applicable.
